This site is a marketing site. It has one form, and it counts visits with Google Analytics.
This policy covers centurionsecure.com, the public website of BSNB LLC d/b/a Centurion Secure Global, a Virginia limited liability company ("Centurion", "we", "us"). It describes what the site collects, who else handles it, and how long it is kept.
It covers this website only. It does not cover work performed under a contract, a non-disclosure agreement, or a facility clearance, all of which are governed by the agreements that create them.
This site is intended for business use by adults. Do not use it, or send us anything through it, if you are under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
There is one place on this site where you can give us information about yourself, and that is the contact form.
Your name, email address, phone number, the subject you pick from the "How can we help?" list, and your message. There is also an optional company field.
You choose all of it. Nothing on this site asks for information in the background, and there is no other form, no account, no login, no comments and no newsletter signup anywhere on the site.
When you submit the form, our server records the IP address the request came from, your browser’s user agent string, and the time you sent it. These travel with your message in the notification email so that we can tell a real inquiry from an automated one.
Ordinary page views are different. The pages are static files and we do not run access logging on the service that delivers them, so browsing the site creates no record of you on our own servers. Google Analytics does record the visit. See "Cookies and tracking" below.
The contact form runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check before it will send. Cloudflare receives your IP address and whatever signals the check itself gathers about your browser. See "Who else handles it" below.
We use what you send to answer you, and to route your inquiry to the person at Centurion who can deal with it. That is the whole purpose.
We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell, rent or trade what you send us, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We use the IP address, user agent and timestamp to limit abuse of the form and to investigate it when it happens. They are not used to build a profile of you, and they are never joined up with what the analytics see.
Three service providers sit in the path of a contact form submission. Nobody else receives what you send.
AWS hosts this website and runs the function that receives the form. It also delivers the notification email through Amazon Simple Email Service. The infrastructure runs in the United States.
The email is delivered to two Centurion mailboxes and can be delivered nowhere else: the sending account is deliberately restricted to those two verified addresses, so even a compromised endpoint could not mail a third party.
Cloudflare provides the Turnstile check that protects the form from automated abuse. Your browser loads the check from Cloudflare, and our server then asks Cloudflare to confirm the result, passing your IP address so that Cloudflare can assess it. Cloudflare processes that data under its own terms and privacy documentation.
Centurion email runs on Microsoft 365, so once the notification email arrives it sits in a mailbox Microsoft hosts, exactly as any email you sent us directly would.
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets a couple of cookies in your browser so that it can tell one visit from the next, and it sends Google the pages you look at, roughly where you are (worked out from your IP address), and general details about your browser and device. What comes back to us is totals, not you.
It is there to measure, not to advertise. We have turned off the Google settings that would let what happens here feed advertising audiences or personalized ads, and the site loads no advertising or social media tracking of any kind.
Nothing else on this site keeps anything on your device, with one exception: the Cloudflare Turnstile check on the contact page is third-party code and may set storage of its own in order to work. It runs on that page only.
If you would rather not be counted, the browser settings and extensions that block Google Analytics work here like anywhere else. Nothing on this site depends on it.
The abuse counter that limits how often the form can be submitted from one address keeps a record for one hour after its last use, then deletes it automatically.
Our server logs, which record IP addresses and technical details of requests, are deleted automatically after three months.
Your message itself becomes an email in a Centurion mailbox. We keep it for 24 months from the day you send it, and then delete it.
Write to nick@centurionsecure.com and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it.
Because there is no account and no mailing list, there is nothing to log into and nothing to unsubscribe from. If you have written to us and would rather we had not kept the message, say so and we will delete it.
The site is served over HTTPS. The form posts to our own domain, the endpoint that receives it is rate limited and protected by the Cloudflare check, and the notification email can only be delivered to the two Centurion addresses configured for it.
No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
This is a public website and the form is not an approved channel for anything sensitive. Do not send classified information, controlled unclassified information, export controlled technical data, or details of a specific facility through this site, by email, or over the phone.

If we change what we collect or who handles it, we change this page. The version on this page is always the current one.
