Drawings
Before construction starts, while the ICD 705 questions can still be answered on paper rather than on site.

Centurion develops the CSP, with the necessary forms and preprocessing information that go with it.

Developed where applicable, alongside the construction photographs the package needs.

Construction security
A dedicated full-time project manager on site, running weekly OAC meetings, periodic site visits, badging, prohibited items lists, random inspections, and QA/QC on the secure perimeter.

A series of final site walks with the client, the general contractor and other stakeholders, documenting any remaining anomalies while there is still time to mitigate them.

The government AO grants the accreditation. Centurion supports the appointment with a package that is already complete.

We get our clients a successful accreditation the first time. Centurion has had a streak of first-pass accreditation since 2016. We guarantee accreditation on a turnkey delivery, where Centurion controls the full process and all aspects of the installation.

If your facility does not pass accreditation the first time, Centurion remediates the issue at no charge to the customer, as long as there has not been any material change to the requirements we originally contracted for.

Centurion establishes the initial foundation of all accreditation requirements for the project. It is a collaborative effort, and what it produces is an initial documentation set and a path forward that are already in compliance with ICD 705 and with accreditation requirements.

After construction
Post-construction and final accreditation
Your accreditation services continue after construction. Centurion’s work ensures that post-construction turnover to the client is in accordance with contractual obligations, and that the accreditation steps and packaging are complete.
Throughout the project we work with you on ongoing packaging, coordination, consultation, inspection and documentation of every item related to final accreditation, in support of the client and the government accrediting agency. Centurion then performs a series of final site walks with our clients, the general contractor and other stakeholders ahead of the government AO accreditation appointment, a last inspection to document any remaining anomalies while there is still time to mitigate them.
Before turnover we run a mock accreditation, a rehearsal held to uncover any anomalies or areas of concern while there is still time to act on them. Whatever it finds, we work through with the affected trades to design and implement a mitigation strategy. The construction photographs are packaged where applicable and allowed, and the post-construction survey is completed alongside it.
We then work with your security personnel on the packaging of the accreditation documentation itself. The end user is ultimately responsible for all submissions to government authorities, and our part is to hand over a package that is complete before it goes to them.
Where RF and STC testing is procured, Centurion provides a testing binder setting out the results of the post-construction tests. Through the government accreditation testing, and through the physical security reviews that follow it, Centurion acts as your liaison and owner’s representative.
