POST-CONSTRUCTION
Your accreditation services continue after construction. Centurion’s work ensures that post construction turnover to the client is in accordance with contractual obligations and that accreditation steps and packaging is complete. Throughout the process we work with you on ongoing packaging, coordination, consultation, inspection, and documenting of all items related to final accreditation throughout the project in Support for Client/Government Accrediting Agency. Centurion performs a series of final site walks with our clients, the GC, and other stake holders prior to the Government AO accreditation appointment. This is critical, as a final inspection to document any last-minute anomalies so mitigations can take place.
